Found an injured or orphaned wild animal?
You should contact qualified local wildlife rehab/rescue centers who provide care and treatment to sick, injured and orphaned native Tennessee wildlife. This page provides contact information for the two wildlife rescue centers currently operating in Middle Tennessee.

Don't forget to bring a donation along with the animal when you drop it off. These wildlife rescue/rehab centers are heavily regulated non-profit operations that depend on donations to fund their important work.

Wildlife rescue and rehab centers typically are not able to come out and collect the injured or orphaned animal. If you are unable to bring the animal in yourself, call Critter Gitter at (615) 294-6957 and we will quote you a price to pick up the animal and bring it in safely to a wildlife rehab center.
